Beautiful corner apartement high groundfloor with a peak of sea views in the well known Jardines de Calahonda.
The urbanisation is well known for its beautiful gardens and high end maintanance. The pool access is in the front of the terrace but you have to pass the parking spot for guests and another low building by stairs.
The terrace in the front is spasious, facing south and has glased in part of it with security grills. You also have a nice grass in front of the terrace which is taking care of by garderers.
The current owner has a parking for one car just outside the entrance door. It is a comunal parking, but the owner has his own for 20 odd years. The area is nice and quiet. You are allowed renting to friends and family but not holliday rentals. That is why it is a tranquile neighbourhood.

The guest parking is outside the terrace area but it is very quiet as the parking is not exactly in front of this apartment. The guest can use the entrance from the parking to the terrace as well as ‌the ‌front.
You ‌can ‌walk ‌to the beach ‌about 10 ‌minutes. ‌Easy ‌access. ‌
There is ‌a ‌bar/restaurant ‌on sight ‌3 min ‌walk. The ‌town ‌of ‌Calahonda ‌is ‌3 ‌min ‌drive.
